A few more reminders/things to keep in mind:

• Please make sure to submit your final project file by Wednesday (4/20) at midnight. Submit your file with all your analyses to the dropbox on Canvas. Remember, the write-up should be integrated into the presentation file (in the note section). You do not have to submit an extra file with the write-up.
• You can submit extra files (e.g., an excel file with analyses, figures, etc) to support your project.
• One submission per team.
• A few teams asked if their company contact and other company representatives can participate in the presentation or get a recording. Absolutely! Please contact me if you want to share the Zoom link and invite your contact to the presentation.
• Time management will be critical. You have 12 min for the presentation,5 min Q&A, 1 min transition (18 minutes in total). Usually, I will not interrupt if you are slightly (i.e., 1 min) over your presentation time. After that, I will have to stop you. Make sure everyone in your team is actively participating in the presentation (i.e., presenting). Also, actively participate in the Q&A session.
• And remember, you will not be able to present your entire project. Think about how much you can present in 12 minutes. Do not try to present the entire project. Make sure to cover steps 1 – 5 (see instructions).
• Therefore, you should focus on the highlights of your project (the most relevant, the most interesting, the most creative). Don’t forget an introduction (e.g., what is your industry, your startup) and conclusion (for example, overall conclusion and next steps). You do not have to submit your reduced slide deck that you will use for your team presentation.
• One suggestion: Whatever you cannot present, keep it in an appendix (i.e., back-up slides). In that case, you can refer to those slides if someone asks questions about the content you did not present.
