Management Question

Learning Goal: I’m working on a management writing question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

Please review the three questions below, and choose the one that you feel most confident and interested to write an essay to answer.

1. Describe a time when you experienced flow. Illustrate at least two of the eight parameters of flow outlined by Csikszentmihalyi.
2. Discuss one way that peak performance is similar to flow and one way that it is different from flow.
3. The textbook authors note that there has been a “rather obvious lack of clarity about the definition of mindfulness.” Discuss one of the ways the term has been used in recent psychological research.

Alternatively record yourself in a 10minute presentation on one of the above topics. You are welcome to use slides as well if that makes it easier.

Also- you can use these topics to tie them to your reflective chapter assignments if you feel inspired in that direction.
