For this assignment, reflect on the challenges presented in managing global teams and moving work across borders. Based on the weekly reading and what you have learned about the challenges and issues facing multinational companies when transferring their human resource policies to foreign locations, create a short PPT presentation.

Be sure your presentation addresses the following:

• Create one slide for your presentation’s agenda.
• Discuss three HR challenges and provide a brief description of each issue (1 slide each).
• Offer solutions that companies can follow to address the issue.
• Devote one slide for each challenge, followed by another slide that talks about the solutions for that problem/challenge.
• Summarize your presentation on your final slide.
• Use the NCU PowerPoint template (included in the weekly resources).

Be sure to include the speaker notes for each slide in the comment section under each slide. They accompany a slide to explain it further.

Length: 8 to 10-slide PowerPoint presentation, not including the title and reference slides

References: Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources.

The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course. The writing should integrate scholarly resources, reflect academic expectations and current APA standards, and adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.
