Learning Goal: I’m working on a writing question and need support to help me learn.

I chose Gun Control as my topic, underneath it tells you exactly what’s needed to make this a good speech, I will need a speech long enough to be 6 minutes at least and a 5 slide presentation to go along with it.

For this assignment, you will educate your audience on a topic you select. An informative speech is different from a persuasive speech in that you are sharing information and not taking a position. With persuasive speeches, your goal is to change your audience’s mind on an issue or reinforce an existing belief they may have. • Time Limit: 6-8 minutes (10 sec grace period) 5:50- 8:10

      • Once you submit your outline, it will automatically be processed through the plagiarism checker “Turnitin.com” and immediately provide you a similarity report. Your similarity score needs to be 25% or below. You may re-submit your outline, up until the day it is due, as often as you would like, until you are under 25% similarity. I would suggest submitting the outline early, allowing yourself the option to resubmit if you would like.
