Case assignment scenario: You are a consultant. You have been chosen to present a paper on professional communication covering a company of your choice. Acting in this consultant capacity, you are to write a detailed analysis of the professional communication shortcomings and strong points in the company you have chosen, then formulate a plan outlining the steps you recommend (like training or education) to improve in areas you identify.

In addition to the 5-8 page paper, prepare a bulleted outline of the points you would address in the presentation add your bulleted outline at the end of the paper as an Appendix (this goes after your reference section). Best practice is to use this outline to write the paper.

Areas to address should include topics covered in the first 4 modules of the course and must relate to professional communication.
